9. Ten Commandments - ദൈവകല്പനകള്‍ പത്ത്
Ten Commandments
1. I am the Lord your God; you shall have no other gods before me.
2. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
3. Remember to keep holy of the Lord's day.
4. Honour your father and your mother.
5. You shall not kill.
6. You shall not commit adultery.
7. You shall not steal.
8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.
9. You shall not covet your neighbour's wife.
10. You shall not covet your neighbour's goods.
The ten commandments shall be summarised into two commandments:
1. You shall love the Lord your God above all.
2. You shall love your neighbour as yourself.
ദൈവകല്പനകള്‍ പത്ത്
1. നിന്റെ കര്‍ത്താവായ ദൈവം ഞാനാകുന്നു. ഞാനല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു ദൈവം നിനക്കുണ്ടാകരുത്.
2. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ തിരുനാമം വൃഥാ പ്രയോഗിക്കരുത്.
3. കര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ ദിവസം പരിശുദ്ധമായി ആചരിക്കണം
4. മാതാപിതാക്കന്മാരെ ബഹുമാനിക്കണം
5. കൊല്ലരുത്.
6. വ്യഭിചാരം ചെയ്യരുത്
7. മോഷ്ടിക്കരുത്.
8. കളളസാക്ഷി പറയരുത്.
9. അന്യന്റെ ഭാര്യയെ മോഹിക്കരുത്
10. അന്യന്റെ വസ്തുക്കള്‍ മോഹിക്കരുത്.
ഈ പത്തു കല്പനകള്‍ രണ്ടു കല്പനകളില്‍ സംഗ്രഹിക്കാം:
1. എല്ലാറ്റിനും ഉപരിയായി ദൈവത്തെ സ്‌നേഹിക്കണം
2. തന്നെപ്പോലെ മറ്റുളളവരെയും സ്‌നേഹിക്കണം
